Our Process

Quality Check & Refinement Client Review & Approval

Before delivery, every piece goes through a quality check. We refine details, clean edges, and make final adjustments to ensure the design meets our standards. We share the completed design for review. Minor refinements can be made if needed to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

Packaging & Delivery Follow-Up & Growth

Each order is carefully packaged to protect the piece and create a great unboxing experience. Once shipped or ready for pickup, we provide all necessary delivery details. We value long-term relationships with our clients. After delivery, we welcome feedback and are always happy to assist with future custom projects or reorders.

Concept Development

Based on your input, we develop a custom design concept. This may include sketches, mockups, or visual layouts that capture the overall look and feel of the piece. Once the direction is finalized and approved, we move into production.

Discovery & Inspiration

We begin by getting to know your idea. Through a short consultation, we discuss your vision, style, colors, theme, purpose, and timeline. Inspiration images and references are always welcome.

Material Selection & Handmade Production

We carefully select materials that best fit the design, durability, and overall quality of the piece. Each material is chosen with attention to detail to ensure the final product looks and feels right. This is where the magic happens. Each design is created by hand using precise techniques and craftsmanship. We take our time during this phase to ensure every detail is executed with care.
